47: ADVANCE-RUMELY ENAMELED ADVERTISING TRACTOR FOB

Obverse depicts an oil pull tractor, reverse reads 'GUARANTEED OIL BURNING OIL COOLED OIL PULL TRACTOR, ADVANCE-RUMELY THRESHER CO. LA PORTE, IND.'
The company that would become known as Advance-Rumley was founded in 1853 by Meinrad Rumely. It acquired Advance Thresher Co in 1911 and existed until A-R was acquired by Allis-Chalmers in 1931. The oil pull tractor featured kerosene burning engines and were manufactured from 1910 through 1930.
Measures 1.75 inches x 1.5 inches.
