174: DAZEY NO. 40 CHURN MARKED TOP, THREE TIMES ON BASE

A variation marked in four places: side A of the glass jar is marked DAZEY CHURN NO 40 PATENTED FEB 14, 1922 and side B of the glass jar is marked DAZEY CHURN NO 40, plus a large daisy is embossed on the under side of the glass jar. Each side of the iron top is cast with the name DaZey along with an embossed daisy flower head. Collectors refer to this variation as a "Triple Marked" Dazey churn.
Measures 14 x 6 x 6 inches.
Very good condition, noting a chip under the rim hidden by the top.
