Stamp measures 2.25 x 1.75, panel 8.5 x 5.5 inches. Frames are 6.5 x 5.75 and 16 x 12 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. The decorative panel of Sarah Bernhardt has been trimmed, neither of these has been examined outside the frame.
