Sergeant James E. Patterson, India China Division, Air Transport Command. Service uniform with coat, shirt, tie, pants and visor cap. Insignia includes CBI bullion SSI, Good Conduct medal, wings, three place ribbon bar, etc.

Also included: Dog tag with chain; Cased DFC; Cased Air Medal; OG shirt tailored as outer jacket with cloth insignia and two miniature Air Crew Wings; Summer visor cap; Photo portrait; Separation qualification record; Military vehicle operator's permit; Individual issue record all flight related; Solder aerial engineer's training record to include official orders; Numerous official orders, flight records, etc.; Packet containing assorted currency to include US, many with signatures; Packet of German marks, Instant Billionaire, small quantity of coins; Packet of clippings of wartime 'Sad Sack' and Kansas historical; Packet of personal items and photos; and A letter home with wartime negatives. James E. Patterson was an aerial engineer and crew chief. His awards consist of the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic/Pacific Campaign with three bronze stars and a WWII Victory Medal.
