125: SGT. GEORGE L. FORRESTER IKE UNIFORM AND MEDALS, EUROPE
Sergeant George L. Forrester, 907th Ordnance Company, European Theatre. George was inducted on 20 November 1945. He was initially trained as a Clerk Typist followed by training as a Personnel NCO, whereupon he was promoted to the rank of Sgt. During the occupation of Germany, he was in charge of the personnel section in France. He returned to CONUS on 8 January 1947, and discharged on 17 February. He earned the WWII Victory and Occupation of Germany Medals.
