Pharmacist Mate 3rd CI Milda Marie Simmons, USN, CONUS. She was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Medal and WWII Victory Medal. Milda entered service with the U.S. Navy on 19 April 1943. She was discharged 2 march 1946. She married Marine Corporal Joseph Halastik.
