256: TWO NAMED USNR WWII MEDAL AND INSIGNIA GROUPINGS

1) CBM Ronald Worth Richardson, USNR, Asiatic-Pacific and European Theatres. He enlisted 11 June 1940 in the U.S. Navy. He saw overseas duty in both theatres from 19 August 1940 to 25 November 1945, then returned to CONUS, and was discharged on 9 June 1946. He reenlisted the following day. Last known duty station was U.S.N. Station Green Cove Springs Florida. His serial number was 243-71-68. He earned the GCM with two bars, American Defense Medal with Fleet bar, and others.

2) Ensign Charles E. McFatridge, USNR, VPB-136 and VPB-137, Pacific Theatre. He earned his pilot's wings on 22 January 1943. His awards consist of the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with star, Navy Commendation Medal, American Defense Medal with/star, American Campaign Medal, Pacific Campaign Medal with star, WWII Victory Medal, and the Philippine Campaign Medal.
