The painted white metal figure of an African American in top hat with a cigar in his mouth while holding what appears to be a snuff box, he sits on a cast iron bale of cotton, attributed to Judd Company.
Measures 8.75 x 5 x 6.75 inches.
Very good condition, noting some bits of paint loss and areas of repaint.
