Two pencil signed miniature etchings:.1. Waldo Peirce (1884-1970), Exchange Alley, New Orleans, the drypoint etching signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right, titled lower left.2. Alfred Heber Hutty (1877-1954), Edisto Live Oak, circa 1944, the drypoint etching signed by the artist lower right.
Frames measure 8.5 x 6.5 and 8.5 x 7 inches.
Apparently the condition is fair noting toning, light foxing and mat burn. No visible repairs, punctures or tears. These works have not been examined outside the frames.
