Another contraption from Dr. Albert Abrams, a charlatan of the first order who has been dubbed the 'Dean of All Twentieth Century Charlatans.' He took quackery to a new level exploiting the public's ignorance when it came to real technologies like electricity, as well as phony ones like 'Oscillation' and 'Radionics.' Around 1916, he wrote a book about Physico-clinical Medicine (another fancy but concocted word): the Practical Application of the Electronic Theory in the Interpretation and Treatment of Disease.
