454: A 19TH C. AMERICAN SHERATON STYLE GATELEG TABLE

The mahogany top constructed utilizing very wide planks of three single boards, one for each drop and another for the center with swing out gate legs that convert to supports for the hinged drops that become the table top. Each leg is raised on a nice quality brass castor.
Measures 28 x 54 x 66 inches.
Very good original condition, noting an old cleat repair to an age crack in one leaf.
