426: A 19TH C. AMERICAN TIGER MAPLE AND CHERRY CHEST

The Sheraton style chest having four tiger maple drawers, stiles, frame and scroll-cut apron, paneled cherry sides and top with tiger maple bullnose trim, possibly the original brass pulls with worn gold finish.
Measures 39 x 41 x 21.5 inches.
Good condition, noting a screw added to the top and considerable stains as well, an age crack with reinforcement at one end, original back and softwood drawers with dovetail construction, a few minor chips, no damage or repair.
