648: A KRALIK BOHEMIAN ART GLASS VASE IN ART NOUVEAU MOUNTS

The tapering baluster form vase of semi-translucent glass having iridescent oil spot finish and folded rim is mounted within a grey metal surround of Art Nouveau style featuring whiplash frame blended with flowing tendrils and organic forms, the unsigned vase with polished pontil bearing a spurious signature that was added later.
Measures 14.5 x 9 x 6 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
