1. A nice Chesapeake and Ohio broadside with black ink letterpress on rag paper typical of the 1860s to 1880s. No date found, but the Feb 13 1874 edition of Richmond Daily State Journal advertises 'Edgar Vliet general passenger and ticket agent', which matches the ticket agent listed on this advertisement. the back side displays a map. The paper is patched on one corner in the manner of the period.

2. A cardstock placard printed in traditional blue and cream graphics advertises Baltimore & Ohio Railroad 'DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TRAINS AT HAGERSTOWN' with an effective date of May 27, 1906.
Frames measure 11.25 and 15.25 inches.
Very good condition, noting a patch, probably by the printer on the 19th century piece. See images.
