The circular head with the original time only movement fronted by the original painted metal dial behind cherry frame hinged door with glass above the trapezoidal throat fronted by eglomise glass and lower case with hinged door having eglomise glass that opens to the pendulum bob and brass plate on tole painted tin and weight compartment, all largely original noting reinforcement to the gold paint on the glass.
Measures 29 x 11 inches.
Very good intact running condition at the time of inspection. We cannot guarantee the running or timekeeping condition of timepieces once removed from the auction premises. There are no serious issues of damage or repair, noting reverse paint touch-up and loss of the original dial paint in limited areas as well as small areas of amateur touch-up there as well.
