227: A GOOD 18TH CENT PHILADELPHIA BIRDCAGE TEA TABLE

The mahogany example with circular dish top above a open birdcage construction swivel support atop the turned column support joining a tripod of graceful cabriole legs with decorative scroll carving underside and detailed ball-and-claw feet. All elements appear original, including the block and all else in very good condition with what appears to be a later finish.
Measures 29.5 x 31.5 x 31.5 inches.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair or wear to any degree.
