The original book illustrations by award winning artist and writer Lois Lenski include the original gouache and or watercolor book jacket design illustration for Surprise for Davy, 1947; a two-page spread watercolor design titled I Like Winter, 1950; six pen and ink vignettes for Blueberry Corners, 1940; and a graphite drawing on paper for Bayou Suzette, 1943.
Sight sizes from 2.25 x 2.5 to 12.25 x 21 inches. The frames measure 13.25 x 14.25 to 12.25 x 21 inches.
Apparently the condition throughout is very good, clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears to any. None has been examined outside the frame.
