The purse with beaded center and hanging ornaments of 'deer toes' was purchased directly form the maker Jake Sarrazin near Sudbury, Ontario in 1987.
Measures 7 x 5.25 inches without fringe. Fringe is 2 to 2.25 inches.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair, stain, odor or wear.
Provenance: The 40 year collection of Father Tom Wiederholt, Kansas City, Missouri. Tom was a close personal friend of scholar and curator Ralph 'Ted' Coe who advised Tom on most of his acquisitions.
