52: TWO AMERICAN PENCIL SIGNED LITHOGRAPHS CIRCA 1946

1) Victoria Ebbels Hutson Huntley (1900-1971) lithograph, signed lower right and dated 1946, image size 9.5 x 12.5, sheet measures 10.5 x 14, the frame is 19 x 21 inches. Toning and mat burn, tape residue on the left and right margins. 2) Plus a lithograph signed 'Kentworthy Reis' lower right, titled 'The House' lower left, image measures 8.25 x 11, sheet size 11.5 x 16, the frame is 15 x 17 inches. The print is laid down on a backing board, tape residue on the top margin, faint mat burn.
