471: TWO LATE 20C FRENCH CRYSTAL FIGURES SIGNED DAUM

The elongated figure of a Dachshund dog is paired with a large crystal clear sculpture of an owl. Each individually sculpted figure is etched Daum in hand engraved signature.
The owl measures 8 x 4.75 x 3 and the dog is 5.5 x 16.25 x 2.5 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
Provenance: The collection of Josephine Bird Hall (1888 - 1948) by descent to her son, the present owner. Josephine's father was a founder of Kansas City's Emery, Bird, Thayer Department Store.
