60: A STRIKING SOUTHERN PLAINS BEADED HIDE AWL CASE C. 1890

The large sinew-sewn awl case in color and pattern similar to that of a coral snake is beaded in bands of color on orange dominated by white with floating sky blue crosses. The top flap and lower tip are hung with rawhide strips crimped with tin cone tinklers.
Measures 14 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage, losses or repair.
