379: FINE DIAMOND AND RUSSIAN DEMANTOID GARNET STICK PINS

The collection of circa 1900 stick pins left to right:

1. A gold mount with jade green colored stone and stamp of 14k.

2. A Russian platinum stick pin with rectangular demantoid andradite garnet in green with diamonds and sapphires.

3. Platinum and gold with central European cut diamond and sapphires.

4. Yellow gold with opal.

5. White gold with inverted teardrop stone.

6. Yellow gold with oval blue stone and enameling.

Some element of each is gold or platinum.
Sizes range from 2.5 to 3.125 inches. Total weight of 15.4 grams including the stones.
Very good condition as shown.
Provenance: The collection of Josephine Bird Hall (1888 - 1948) by descent to her son, the present owner. Josephine's father was a founder of Kansas City's Emery, Bird, Thayer Department Store.
