3: A VERY NICE, FINELY TOOLED HIGHBACK SADDLE SIGNED ASKEW

The fine example with crisp, deeply carved tooling overall, floral and foliate decoration on the pommel, below the pommel each side, the jockey, skirts and fenders; plus leather-covered rigging rings, brass bound stirrups, nice warm patina color overall. Signed and numbered 350 on a leather string tag, enameled tag back of the cantle.
Measures 15 inches from the base of the horn to the inside edge of the cantle.
Very good original condition throughout, no damage, repair or heavy wear. The strings and all else appear original.
