2. Kent Hagerman (1893-1978) pencil signed etching Old Gate - Chicago Stock Yards numbered 56 from an edition of 100 prints.
From Our Window image size 9 x 6, sheet measures 11 x 7.5, frame is 15 x 12 inches. Stock Yard image size 6.5 x 9.75, sheet measures 10.5 x 13.25, frame is 14 x 17 inches.
Very good to fine condition, the Hagerman is full untrimmed sheet, neither laid down, no damage, stain, punctures, tears or repair, brown paper tape back of the Rubin.
