11: AN ANTIQUE GILDED BRASS AND CHAMPLEVE' INKWELL

The inkwell and pen stand designed in a rustic motif of stacked twigs on ball feet supports the original crystal insert. The frame is fixed with a hook on which to hang the champleve' enamel lid and a second bit of champleve' enameling is found on a medallion near the top between two arrowhead shaped leaves, circa 1875.
Measures 5.5 x 3.5 inches.
Very good original intact condition, noting only light.
