335: A SETH THOMAS KITCHEN CLOCK WITH U.S. CAPITOL

The carved oak 8-day clock from the Seth Thomas Capitol Series of mantel clocks is found with a chromolithograph reverse bonded on glass depicting the U.S. Capitol Building on the glass door, signed Seth Thomas on the dial, original paper labels inside, retailer's label notes the sale date as March 30, 1918.
Measures 23 x 15 x 4.5 inches.
Very good condition intact condition, noting some chips and cracks in the oak case and some light toning on the dial. The running condition is unknown.
