13: SHIPLEY NO. 325 SADDLE WITH 'SPECIAL ROPING' TREE

The saddle with bold floral tooling in panels is set with a large, low horn on the wide undercut fork, stamped maker's mark on the seat and fenders, three conchos each side, nice crisp elaborate hand carved tooling overall.
Measures 14 inches from the gullet to the stitching on the cantle.
Very good condition, noting apparently replaced leather strings.
