The high-back Western saddle is decorated in stamped decoration of intertwined design outlining the edges of the undercut swell, each skirt and jockey, across the seat and around both sides of the cantle as well as each fender, around the horn and each side of the seat, six aluminum conchos with strings, the stirrups wrapped in leather, the fender's each stamped 'Chas. P. Shipley Maker Kansas City Missouri' and on the seat where it's numbered 576.
Measures 13 inches from the gullet to the stitching on the cantle.
Moderate wear and the effects of use overall, surface loss to one point of the pronounced swell, good with evidence of age and use.
