287: A PAIR ITALIAN GILTWOOD CLASSICAL COLUMNS CIRCA 1900

The Corinthian pair are carved wood with gesso and their original gilding, the base of each is set with a large lead weight for stability and each stands solidly.
Each measures 47 x 7.5 x 7.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting some very minor scattered bits of surface loss and tight lengthwise separations, aka patina.
