147: AN L. M. ERICSSON SWEDISH INTERCOM TELEPHONE CIRCA 1900

The walnut base with outset semi-circle front is fixed with a rotary mechanism having connections for 30 lines below the nickel-plated bell under a fixed cradle supporting the original handset with press-switch and speaking horn lettered PATENTED OCT 29 1895 on the ear piece.
Measures 8.5 x 10.5 x 8.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting crude amateur lettering on the ebonized disc as shown, otherwise very good with original cord wrapped in green. The walnut may be refinished, The original nickel plating has minor bits of pitting.
