28: HANDSOME TOOLED LEATHER CUFFS SIGNED C.P. SHIPLEY

The high quality mahogany colored leather pair are tooled in a trefoil pattern enclosed by stamped borders and secured by three brass snaps stamped with the maker's name. The tooling and stamping are strong, crisp and in high relief.
Measures 6.25 x 3.25 x 3.75 inches.
