234: A CIRCA 1940 MAJESTIC RADIO WITH CHARLIE McCARTHY

The brown Bakelite case with semi-circle marquee one side left of the narrow horizontal dial above knobs and brass tag lettered Charlie McCarthy Majestic is surmounted with Charlie McCarthy, Edgar Bergen's co-star from the 1930s and 40s.
Measures 6 x 7.25 x 5.75 inches.
Very good light up condition, noting a crack on the back edge of the case, small chips to Charlie and his monocle is missing, tubes light and the unit hums inside our metal building. See a video at our web site.
