Unframed image is 16.5 x 20.5 with a mat size of 25.5 x 29.5 inches. The framed map image is 18 x 20.5 with a framed size of 22.75 x 28 inches.
Apparently the condition of each is good, no major visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. Neither has been examined outside the frame.
