The widely exhibited and often reproduced aquatint etching depicts a Wichita, Kansas home on Mosley Street after a light snowfall. The velvety etching is printed on Basingwerk Parchment watermarked paper in a stated edition of only 75 prints, and signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right, the title lower left.

This work is pictured on page 79 of the publication Charles M. Capps 1898-1981. Etchings & Aquatints, Lithographs and Block Prints by Barbara Thompson, et al. An entire page is required to list all of the exhibitions, awards, illustrations and museum holdings associated with this noteworthy image.
Image measures 5.5 x 8.25, sheet is 8 x 10.5, and the mat is 11 x 13.75 inches.
Very good to fine condition, the full untrimmed sheet, not laid down, no damage, punctures, tears or repair; framed to archival standards in acid free mounts. There are three spots of discoloration back side of the sheet as shown in the online images.
