119: A DURO-MATIC 'INVADER' TETHER CAR WITH MCCOY REDHEAD

The rear drive model with one piece boat shape aluminum alloy frame and one-piece aluminum housing was designed by Dick McCoy and Charlie Lamb for looks and speed. It has a McCoy Redhead engine and coil of the period, plus has an aerial kill switch controller. It sits on what appear to be the original rubber tires lettered DURO-MATIC PROD. HOLLYWOOD. CALIF.
Measures 6 x 6.5 x 17 inches.
Very good condition, noting the rear tires have a flat spot from time in one place.
