Pauline Shirer was born in Kansas and studied their under different instructors there and in New York at the Parsons School of Fine Art. She herself was an instructor at Washburn University and an academy in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Sight size measures 18 x 24 with a framed size of 25 x 30 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. This work has not been examined outside the frame.
