James L. Fitzgibbon (Kansas City, 1864-1929)

Born during the Civil War, Fitzgibbon emigrated to Kansas City in 1872. He studied at the National Academy of Design in NYC and the Chicago Art Institute. He served as one of the founding faculty members of the Kansas City Art Association and School of Design, a precursor to the Kansas City Art Institute.
Canvas measures 16 x 12 with a framed size of 21.75 x 17.75 inches.
Very good untouched condition. There are no issues of scratches, losses, repairs, in-painting or touch-up to any degree.
