405: A JAPY FRERES LEFEBVRE FRENCH CLOCK FOR TIFFANY & CO

A blue glazed porcelain case with fine, high quality cast bronze mounts in nice patina. The movement is signed Lefebvre and bears a Medaille mark on the plate, inside the case the movement housing is hand engraved 'Cadmus France', the dial is lettered 'Tiffany & Co'. Measures 9 x 5.5 x 18 inches. The works are loose and have loose hands and bell.
Very good cosmetically. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or condition issues to the porcelain or the dial. The bronze mounts are excellent and intact. The movement is loose within the case and slides forward and back. The hands are loose and the chime bell is loose and missing the mounting nut.
