23: QUARTERSAWN OAK CHINA CABINET WITH WINGED GRIFFINS

Turn of the century quartersawn oak china cabinet with pierced carved winged griffins and large lion crest over bonnet. Three beveled mirrors line the top, with full standing columns descending to four clawed feet on the bottom. All original mirrors, triple-curved glass, functioning lock and escutcheon, and interior oak shelves with doubled display grooves for fine china. Finish is newly restored, and china cabinet rolls nicely on wooden casters. Measures 84 x 55 x 18 inches. Very good restored condition.
