169: A RARE ANIMATED HAMILTON RR WATCH ADVERTISING DISPLAY

The composition figure of a railroad conductor in overalls holding lantern in his right hand and a hook on his left hand for the hanging of a Hamilton railroad pocket watch. The figure's arms move as he raises the signal lantern and presents the watch. His hat bears the number 992 after the legendary Hamilton watch models 992 and 992B. Behind him is a composition caricature of a locomotive, tender, passenger car and the HAMILTON railroad depot. The wood base with advertising lettering houses an electric movement for powering the animated functions.
