124: JAMES WEBB (BRITISH 1825-1895) OIL ON CANVAS

A fine 19th century oil on canvas scene of fishermen landing the catch at day's end, signed lower right with date 1886. The work displayed in a wide three tier Aesthetic Movement gilded frame. The canvas measures 28 x 50 and the frame 41.5 x 65 inches.
Minor blemishes and small areas of loss around border from the frame on the extreme left side. No touch up found under UV light, small area of discoloration center of the work.
