394: A WEINMAN BROTHERS 14K GOLD AND DIAMOND FEATHER BROOCH

The sculpted gold model of a serrated feather is centered by a semi-crescent row of twenty-eight brilliant cut diamonds. The clasp is stamped with the maker's mark and 14k.
Measures 2.75 inches long with a total weight of 6.5 grams.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair or heavy wear.
Provenance: The collection of Josephine Bird Hall (1888 - 1948) by descent to her son, the present owner. Josephine's father was a founder of Kansas City's Emery, Bird, Thayer Department Store.
