395: A PRE-1925 GEORG JENSEN ORNAMENTAL 38 DEMITASSE SET

The ten-piece set in its original presentation box is comprised of eight spoons in Ornamental 38 pattern, each stamped 38 Sterling Denmark with Georg Jensen mark circa 1910 - 1925, and two lemon forks stamped # A73, GI sterling Denmark.
Measure 4 and 4.25 inches, total sterling weight 6.70 ozt.
Very good condition throughout, apparently unused, no monograms or engraving, no damage, repair or wear.
Provenance: The collection of Josephine Bird Hall (1888 - 1948) by descent to her son, the present owner. Josephine's father was a founder of Kansas City's Emery, Bird, Thayer Department Store.
