15: A BEAUTIFULLY STAMPED SADDLE BY KNAPP & MOSS CHANUTE KS

The fine dark mahogany leather Western saddle with double rigging is profusely stamped with an all-over pattern of flower heads within roundel designs, except for the center of the seat. The seat and the fenders are stamped KNAPP & MOSS | MAKERS | CHANUTE. KANS.
Measures 14.5 inches from the gullet to the stitching on the cantle.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear at some edges and the effects of age and use to a reasonable degree. The strings and conchos look to be replacements.
