16: A PAIR OF ASKEW KANSAS CITY HAND TOOLED LEATHER CUFFS

The pair tooled with a four-sided fleur-des-lis within a floral wreath are laced with rawhide and secured by snaps. One snap retains the original ASKEW celluloid top. Celluloid buttons of this type dated to the 1920s.
Measures 7 x 4 x 4.5 inches.
Fair to good condition, darkening, wear, warp, misshapen, one damaged snap.
