The barrel is marked UNDERWOOD 3-43 with flaming bomb near the sight above bayonet lug, the receiver ring is marked U.S. CARBINE CAL 30, further stamped NATIONAL POSTAL METER with serial number under the adjustable rear sight. Smooth pistol grip wood stock with metal butt plate, canvas sling, oiler, no magazine.

Measures overall 35 inches with 18 inch barrel.
