17: AN ELABORATE PAIR OF DEEPLY CARVED SHIPLEY SADDLE BAGS

The mahogany-colored pair with deeply carved tooling against a a stippled ground are decorated in elaborate high relief scrolling foliates and flower heads. Each is stamped with the Chas P. Shipley oval.
Measures 46 x 13.25 inches.
Very good condition.
