96: AN UNUSUAL EIGHT-SIDED LOW SLUNG TRAMP ART BOX ON FEET

The unusual example in a long, low design is stacked high with eight chip-carved pyramids on the hinged lid above eight more five layer stacks around the lower half which is raised on six unusual turned peg legs.

The work retains its original old finish that has darkened to a warm, even, overall patina.

The design has a Prairie School/Frank Lloyd Wright sensibility,
Measures 5.5 x 12.5 x 8 inches.
