The rare and important example employs a crackle glass technique to emulate a rustic bark-like texture that is embellished with fully dimensional insects enameled in colorful detail amid thick aquamarine applications of detailed leaves, and totally gilded upward lava flows, plus a rustic applied handle.
Measures 4.25 x 4 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
