An interesting knife and sheath, the knife with a long and very thin blade has wood grips secured by copper rivets. The hide sheath displays very strong Native red pigment with genuine wear from use near the belt notch, and glass bead applications. Attributed to the Black Feet.
Knife measures 12.5 inches long and sheath is 12.25 x 4.5 inches.
Very good to good, bead loss along the top edge front equals 40%, no other bead loss, four small holes. Otherwise very good, free from damage or heavy wear.
Provenance: The estate of a Wyoming collector.
